The use of the site implies full acceptance of the general conditions of use described below. These conditions of use may be modified or supplemented at any time, users of the site are therefore invited to consult them regularly.
This site is normally accessible to users at any time. An interruption for technical maintenance may however be decided by Gibrat, who will then endeavor to communicate to users the dates and times of the intervention in advance.
The site is regularly updated by Gibrat. Similarly, the legal notices can be modified at any time: they are nevertheless binding on the user who is invited to refer to them as often as possible to be aware of them.

Description of the services provided.
The site aims to provide information concerning all the company's activities.
Gibrat strives to provide on the site as precise information as possible. However, it cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies and deficiencies in the update, whether by its own doing or that of third-party partners who provide this information.
All information indicated on the site is given for informational purposes, and is likely to evolve. Moreover, the information on the site is not exhaustive. They are given subject to modifications having been made since they were put online.

Contractual limitations on technical data.
The site uses JavaScript technology.
The website cannot be held responsible for material damages related to the use of the site. Moreover, the site user agrees to access the site using recent equipment, not containing any viruses and with an up-to-date modern browser.

Intellectual property and counterfeits.
Gibrat owns the intellectual property rights or holds the rights of use on all the elements accessible on the site, including texts, images, graphics, logo, icons, sounds, software.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, whatever the means or the process used, is prohibited, except with prior written authorization of Gibrat.
Any unauthorized use of the site or any of its elements will be considered as constituting an infringement and prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of articles L.335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.

Limitations of liability.
Gibrat cannot be held liable for direct and indirect damage to the user's equipment when accessing the site, and resulting either from the use of equipment that does not meet the specifications stated in point 4, or the appearance of a bug or incompatibility.
Gibrat cannot also be held liable for indirect damage (such as a market loss or loss of a chance) resulting from the use of the site
Interactive spaces (possibility to ask questions in the contact area) are available to users. Gibrat reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, any content deposited in this space that would violate the law applicable in France, especially the provisions relating to data protection. If necessary, Gibrat also reserves the right to challenge the user's civil and/or criminal liability, especially in case of a message of a racist, injurious, defaming, or pornographic nature, whatever the medium used (text, photography…).

Management of personal data.
In France, personal data is protected by law No. 78-87 of January 6, 1978, law No. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and the European Directive of October 24, 1995.
During the use of the site, the following can be collected: the URL of the links through which the user accessed the site, the user's access provider, the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the user.
In any case, Gibrat collects personal information relating to the user only for the need of certain services offered by the site The user provides this information knowingly, especially when entering it themselves. It is then specified to the user of the site whether or not to provide this information.
In accordance with the provisions of articles 38 and following of the law 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, every user has a right of access, rectification and opposition to personal data concerning them, by making their request written and signed, accompanied by a copy of the title of identity with signature of the holder of the document, specifying the address to which the reply should be sent.
No personal information of the user of the site is published without the user's knowledge, exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold on any support to third parties. Only the assumption of the redemption of Gibrat and its rights would allow the transmission of said information to the eventual purchaser who would in turn be held to the same obligations of data retention and modification vis-a-vis the user of the site
The site is not declared to the CNIL because it does not collect personal information.
The databases are protected by the provisions of the law of July 1, 1998 transposing directive 96/9 of March 11, 1996 on the legal protection of databases.

Hypertext links and cookies.
The site contains a number of hypertext links to other sites, set up with the authorization of Gibrat. However, Gibrat does not have the possibility to check the content of the sites thus visited, and will not assume any responsibility for this fact.
Navigation on the site may cause the installation of cookie(s) on the user's computer. A cookie is a small file, which does not allow the identification of the user, but which records information relating to the navigation of a computer on a site. The data thus obtained aim to facilitate subsequent navigation on the site, and are also intended to allow various measures of attendance.

Under Chrome: Click at the top right of the browser on the menu pictogram (symbolized by three horizontal lines). Select Settings. Click on Show advanced settings. In the "Privacy" section, click on preferences. In the "Privacy" tab, you can block cookies.

Applicable law and jurisdiction.
Any dispute in connection with the use of the site is subject to French law. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Paris.
