The chocolates will be perfectly preserved at temperatures ranging from 12 to 16°C, while macarons require a temperature between 4 and 6 degrees. It is therefore crucial to properly calibrate the loading height of the display case in harmony with your presentation mode to keep the products in compliance with regulations. Discreet and refined lighting will enhance the overall presentation.
